IAC FALL PLAN 2026
Sundays
- The Liturgy: Evensong with Holy Communion, 4-5:30pm
- Fellowship & Dinner: 5:30-6pm
- Catechesis: 6-6:30pm
- Focus on tightening the timeline on Sundays during the school year, to help families be out by 6:30pm and ready for Monday morning
1st Sundays
- Before the Liturgy: Choir rehearsal
- After the Liturgy: Dinner & Catechesis
2nd Sundays
- During the Liturgy: Children’s Homily
- After the Liturgy: Agape Feast - Dinner & Fellowship (Baptismal celebrations, dancing, game night, etc.)
3rd Sundays
- Before the Liturgy: Choir rehearsal
- After the Liturgy: Dinner & Catechesis
4th Sundays
- Before the Liturgy: Ministry team trainings (Acolytes, Altar, etc)
- After the Liturgy: Dinner & Catechesis
5th Sundays
- After the Liturgy: No potluck or catechesis; invite a new friend over for dinner!
Feast Days
- Transferred to the 1st or 3rd Tuesday (whichever is nearest)
- 6:30pm start time (late enough to accommodate people getting off work and families eating dinner beforehand; early enough to let kids get back home and be in bed by 8)
- “Low Mass” - Spoken Liturgy, minus incense/bells/processing
High Feast Days
- High points of the Liturgical year: All Saints 11/1, Christmas Eve Vigil 12/24, Epiphany 1/6, etc.
- Emphasis on finding new ways to celebrate these Feast Days even better than last year!
Cell Groups
- 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month
- New SOUTH Cell Group!
- Fall Focus: “Liturgy of Hospitality” - providing the structure for in-depth participation and community
- More Music: Including hymns, utilizing the musical gifts of the group, and better familiarizing people with the hymnal
- Providing for Childcare: IAC to start funding childcare for cell groups in order to create room for family time and personal connection, deeper discussion, and praying together
Catechesis
- 3-6 year olds: Catechesis of the Good Shepherd, under the direction of Kelly Corbett
- Interest Meeting - Wednesday, Sept. 16, 7pm @ the Amaral home
- 7-12: Chris Tryon & Team
- Teens: sit in with adult Catechesis on Sundays, with additional targeted programming (see "Young Adult Fellowship" below)
- Adults: Nathaniel Marshall, teaching on Bp. Jeremy Taylor’s Holy Living

- Morning Prayer & Breakfast: Wednesdays @ 6:30am
- Pyro Patristics: 3rd Fridays, 7pm
- FIRST IAC Men’s Retreat! Nov. 20-22 in Clarkesville, GA
- Women
- Evening Prayer & Bible Study: 1st and 3rd Thursdays, 7pm
- NEW: Women's Online Morning Prayer - Tuesdays @ 6:30am, led by Beth Widner
- Women’s Fall Retreat, Oct. 23-25
- Young Adult Fellowship:
- Fernando Bravo moving into lead role!
- Regular gatherings for hikes/outings, movie nights with theological discussion, game nights, etc.
